In Solitude,I Found Myself
It's good you left me,
Otherwise I would have got lost somewhere in this crowd.
Found myself without you,
Now I am here and my loneliness is over.
The roads were dark, the destinations far away,
There was a noise of silence in the heart,
But it was good that those who did not support me,
Otherwise I would not have been able to fight with myself so much.
Every tear, every stumble taught me,
Explained the real meaning of life,
Falling and getting up, walking again,
Taught myself a lesson of friendship.
Sometimes losing is also winning,
And there is some hidden meaning even in pain,
It was right that you left, but you did a good thing.
I taught myself to live a new life.
The weight of your memories was heavy,
But gradually that too became lighter,
Every wound has now become my strength,
Every wound led to a new dream.
Now I am walking my way,
There is no fear, there are no shackles nearby,
You did well to free me,
Otherwise I might not have been able to connect with myself that much.
There is a reason behind every pain,
And there is a lesson hidden in every separation,
You did good by giving pain.
I recognized the Weakness within me.
Now whenever the going gets tough,
The lessons you gave me keep me moving forward,
It's good that you made me lonely,
In loneliness I made myself my own.
